The Secret Service law to make [SS] a better place for everyone. These rules must be followed by everyone at ALL times within the [SS] not only the HQ- this includes instant messages on habboon and/or other sites. This will help us develop a friendly environment for all workers. Also each and every avatar will be treated equally.

Having rights in SS is a great privilege, and it should NOT be played around with. Having rights in SS means that you are responsible enough to protect and operate the SS base. Moving furniture that should not be moved is intolerable. As stated in Section 2, if you are demonstrating unacceptable behavior, you may have your rights taken away. If you ask for this privilege, you may not be able to get it in the future. Sharing accounts will lead to your BA/RR being compromised.

To transfer to SS, you must not be facing the National Punishment. Only 4iC+ can transfer people.

Trashing/Disloyalty to SS
Showing any disloyalty towards [SS] will cause automatic removal and being placed on our National Punishment.
Disobeying Commands
You will be called to ATT multiple times. If you still decided to not cooperate you will be kicked.
Infringing Basic Rules
A warning will be given and if it continues, strike 1 will be given.
Breaking Dress Code
If you decide not to change after being asked at least 3 times to change, you will be immediately striked and a demotion depending on who is handling the situation.
Section 2.2 – Kick on Sight
Members who are displayed on the Kick on Sight (KoS) page on the site are not allowed to join the [SS] ever again.
If they are seen in base they are to be immediately kicked.
Section 3 – Structures
Section 3.1 – Strike System
High Rank and above may strike other members. You decide on whether you want to strike or demote the person, but be reasonable. You should not be handing out strikes for something that really deserves a warning or demotion.
Warning 1 – Warning to the member. A warning means you should improve your work ethic and cease the behavior that caused you to be warned, but not worry too much.
Strike 1 – The member has continued to do wrong, and they’re given a strike. “x1” is added to the end of their motto.
Strike 2 – A demotion is issued and “x2” replaces “x1” at the end of their motto.
Strike 3 – The member has failed to stop their wrongdoing after multiple warnings and consequences. They are to be terminated of employment from SS.
** Note: Agents are not to get strikes. After various warnings, they are to be fired. **

Pay is every week at Sunday.
The pay can be given at any point of the day so try to be on as much as you can.
You must be proven by the 4iC+ members to get paid.
Section 3.4 – Alliances
Alliances are always important when it comes to running an Agency. They are to be treated with utmost respect. We have several rules when it comes to allies. There will always be members that cause problems with our allies without knowing that we are allied with them at the time of their acts. The rules for allies are listed here:
Do not raid or troll an allied base. It could cause the loss of allies’ trust and even destroy an alliance all together.
Do not mistreat an allied member inside SS unless they are actually causing a disturbance, such as raiding, trolling, or saying hateful things (Allies are allowed the [SS] Very Important Person badge).
Section 3.5 - Special Visitors
Special visitors are just that - visitors! They're able to be inside the base only when they're displaying the [SS] Special Visitor / [SS] Very Important Person badge. Special Visitors / VIP may not fill a station except for FTB. They should adhere to all parts of the Code of Conduct while inside of base. Failure to do so may end up in removal of the [SS] Special Visitor and/or [SS] Very Important Person badge(s).

Standard - Can be promoted every 30 minutes
Security - Can be promoted every 30 minutes
Trainer - Can be promoted every 60 minutes
High Rank - Can be promoted every 4 hours
Diplomats Can be promoted every 6 hours
Operational Staff - Can be promoted every 8 hours
Professional Staff - Can be promoted every 8 hours
OOA - Can be promoted every 10 hours
Senior Management - Can be promoted every 10 hours
Top Management - Can be promoted every 12 hours
Leadership [4iC] - Can be promoted every 12 hours
Cabinet [3iC]- Can be promoted every 24 hours
Executive Commitee [2iC] - Can be promoted every 24 hours
Owners [1iC] - Can be promoted every 48 hours
Directorate [D] - Can be promoted every 72 hours

Section 1.1 - Basic Rules
- Respect all members of SS.
- SS is an English speaking agency. Please speak English at all stations.
- Do not use consecutive capital letters, bully, swear, or use inappropriate language. Abbreviations are allowed, unless it uses a swear word (XD = good, WTF = bad).
- Using effects and/or dancing is prohibited unless you have received permission from a Founding Member or are in the bar area.
- Do not spam or flood the room with text. This can result in being muted or kicked.
- Do not abuse your powers or authorities as a high rank.
- Do not use colored chat unless you are at least 3iC+, training, or making an announcement (4iC+).
- Do not ask or hint for pay, promotions, room rights, or badge adminship.
- Do not sit or lay on the floor in the hallway or stations. All stations have seating provided.
- Do not let anyone into base without the proper badge, motto, and uniform with the exception of Special Visitors or VIPs. SV’s and VIPs are exempt from mottos and uniform.
- Only official SS badges owned by a Foundation Member may be worn inside HQ.
- Do not go Away From Keyboard (AFK) at any station, or you will be given a warning.
- Do not self-promote as it will lead to a demotion from your logged rank or fireing.
- Do not sell ranks without the being 4iC or higher.
- Do not work at any other agencys while working at SS.
- Do not be affiliated with any scammers or be a scammer yourself.
- Do not be disloyal to SS.
- Trainers and below are required to wear their uniforms in the HQ at all times.
- Clear The Hall (CTH) may only be called by 4iC+
- Promotion lines MUST be approved by 1ic+

- ATT (Attention) – Stand up from your seat, wave and say, “Yes sir!” or “Yes ma’am!”
- AE (At ease) – Sit back down and/or continue what you were doing.
- BTB (Back to base) – Go back to the SIA HQ.
- BTW (Back to work) – Continue working where you previously were (Similar to AE).
- CTH (Clear the hall) – Fill a station including FTB; do not obstruct the hallway.
- FTB (Fill the back) – Go sit on the sofas at the back of the room.
- FTF (Fill the front) – Go to the front desks, recruit new members, and let existing employees in.
- FTS (Fill the security) – Go to a security station and handle recruits & members appropriately.
- FTT (Fill the training) – Go to the training room and train the recruits.
- FTTD (Fill the transfer desk) – Go to the transfer desk and transfer people from other agencies.
- FTHD (Fill the help desk) – Answer questions and aid employees.

- Overturn disciplinary actions (ie strikes, demotion, warnings etc.)
