Welcome to the High Rank Training program.
In this training session, you will be briefed about your increased responsibility as a HR.
We will touch on topics like, promotions, discipline and training.
Please do not go AFK during the training, otherwise you will need to be retrained.
There will be a test at the end of this session and I recommend you to take notes.
If you have any questions about anything, please refrain from asking until I prompt you.
You must have access to http://secretservice-info.weebly.com/ before we start.
If you do not, please inform me now.
Do you have any questions before we begin?
[Wait For The HR trainee to answer]
As a High rank, you are able to give promotions, demotions and trainings.
As you get promoted, you will receive greater authority and more control.
To expand this, you must continue working hard.
Completing your HR duties will allow you to gain promotions as the higher ranks will watch you.
First, let us briefly go through the contents of the promotion policy.
1. Only give out promotions with reasons e.g. work in base, well handled tasks etc.
2. You cannot promote anyone in the same division as you.
3. Before promoting, check their online time + last promotion and command them to ATT.
4. Log ALL promotions on http://secretservice-info.weebly.com/ .
5. Do NOT promote based on favouritism, if caught, you will be disciplined.
6. Make sure to contact a Badge Admin to help get badges accepted if required.
Do you have any questions before we continue?
[Wait For The HR trainee to answer]
Good so lets continue.
HR members can promote people up to First Security Division rank
Future Divisions have the same promotion max.
You can promote people up to the first rank of 2 divisions below your division.
Is this clear?
[Wait For The HR trainee to answer]
Good So lets see about strikes and demotions.
When a worked does not either follow SS rules or does something that is not approved.
You can strike them by saying them to put x1 in the end of their motto.
If they already have x1 it will be changed to x2 etc.
If they have x3 in the end of their motto and they do something wrong you must fire them and ask them to remove their motto and badges.
Before Firing people you have to ask a permission from a Leadership Division [4iC] member or higher.
You also have to ask some of the iC members to add them in website "Fired" list.
You can demote people if they break the rules off SS but not as hardly as striking.
Demotions have to also put in to our website.
Do you have any question up on till this point?
[Wait For The HR trainee to answer]
Ok, so now for the test
You need to get at least 3/4 questions right to pass
Are you ready?
[Wait For The HR trainee to answer]
1. Can a member in the High Rank Division promote someone
7 ranks lower than them that is also in the High Rank Division?
2. What is one reason someone can be promoted for?
3. Who (which Division) should you receive permission from before issuing a Demotion or Fire?
4. What is one division that requires training before promotion can be given?
[If they passed the test]
Congratulations! You have successfully passed the test!
Please change your motto to:
<SS> HQ Manager <your tag> <my tag>
[If they did not pass the test]
Sorry but you did not pass the test.
Be sure to try again later.
Sorry.
